The role of the ISA Program Manager is to establish, develop, and optimize best-in-class technology partnerships that enable strategic alignment and ensure cohesion with Silverfort’s company vision and objectives. The successful candidate will be able to think strategically across our technology ecosystem and cross-functionally within Silverfort to effectively develop key processes, procedures, and systems that facilitate business execution. 

This role includes providing both strategic direction and operational support for Silverfort’s Identity Security Alliance Partner Program and ensuring its continued growth and success. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Alliances, this person will have strong organizational, teamwork, analytical, and communication skills, plus a demonstrated track record of partner advocacy and success in high-growth enterprise software product environments. The candidate should be an energetic, highly motivated, can-do individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships. 



Responsibilities

  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management 
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and external outreach 
  • Research partners, identify key targets, and generate interest in joining our partner program 
  • Collaborate with teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships 
  • Negotiate and finalize partnerships in accordance with the company’s contract guidelines and policies 
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally 
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships 
  • Work closely with the marketing organization to develop partner marketing plans and events. 
  • Keep great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnerships 



Requirements

  • 3 or more years of previous experience in Alliance Partner Management
  • 3 or more years of prior experience in the Enterprise Software industry 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues using modern tools 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Solid stakeholder management skills, both for internal and external stakeholders 
  • Quick communication response times 
  • Experience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans 
  • Experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace 
  • Proven track record of operational experience in cross-functional environments 
  • Experience creatively solving partner challenges, using data and business expertise to enable greater success
