IBM BPM Architect - Contract - Various Locations in US

Serve as a pre-sales product expert for Atlassian enterprise sales. Partner with account teams and channel partners to discover customer needs, map business problems to Atlassian solutions, identify expansion opportunities, lead customized demonstrations, guide technical evaluations, and build customer buy-in. Collaborate with sales counterparts, track customer and competitive feedback, advocate for product improvements, and continuously develop solution and sales-process expertise.

Manage complex environmental, pollution, toxic tort, and mass litigation claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include coverage analysis, liability assessment, reserving, settlement negotiation, payment authorization, litigation strategy, outside counsel and consultant oversight, and collaboration with legal, underwriting, reinsurance, brokers, and policyholders. The role also tracks legal developments, mentors colleagues, protects claim data, and contributes to process-improvement initiatives.

Supports Senior Program Managers in delivering game, platform, and hardware programs. Owns Agile PLM administration and BAU game content pipelines, maintains schedules, RAID logs, action registers, and project documentation, facilitates meetings, coordinates testing and hardware logistics, and produces status reports and dashboards. Helps manage intake processes and keeps PLM, JIRA, and portfolio data accurate and synchronized.
