The IAM Architect will lead Microsoft architecture designs, conduct capacity planning, assess technology solutions, and support IAM initiatives for various clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
Engage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clients
Lead Microsoft architecture and design new solutions
Lead capacity planning, logical and physical architecture design, hardware requirements definition, availability and continuity discussions
Lead technology assessments and health checks
Assist in communicating Microsoft program strategy and success to executive management
Installation, Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of Microsoft solutions
Develop and perform testing for Microsoft solutions
Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessary
Maintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLC
Troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft solutions including product support
Remain current on Microsoft and Cloud market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices
Focus on AD migration, AD consolidation, and Azure/M365 setup.
Experience with Quest On Demand Migration Tool is a plus.
