Responsibilities and Tasks
- Establish and improve process conditions and technology to ensure flawless operations.
- Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs by implementing proven strategies.
- Establish and modify process management projects to strictly maintain standards.
- Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment to achieve efficient performance.
- Evaluate, promote, and plan the integration of new equipment and materials.
- Conduct abnormal analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in semiconductor process engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to successfully implement process improvements and cost reduction strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a diverse team.
