The Human Resources Generalist will support one of our biotech client's HR lead with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role ensures HR policies and procedures are effectively written, kept up to date and implemented and that employees receive the support they need to thrive in a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide talent acquisition leadership in support of our med tech client’s Emergency Use Authorization (“EUA”) initiatives and workforce expansion activities
Develop, refine, and maintain job descriptions, hiring documentation, and recruiting materials for EUA-related positions.
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other agreed-upon sourcing channels, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive recruiting outreach and sourcing strategies.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.
Maintain candidate tracking systems, recruiting documentation, and hiring status reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, reporting requirements, and recruiting best practices.
Support performance management and other human resources initiatives.
Provide general project management, administrative support, and recruiting communications related to EUA hiring initiatives and organizational growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- 5+ years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
