Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager, who will manage the data-to-day HR operations while supporting the overall employee experience, shaping company culture, and ensuring compliance with HR-related policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and operate day-to-day HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and overall employee lifecycle support.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and issues related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in managing human resources programs in conjunction with our PEO.
- Support recruitment coordination, offer letters, and background checks (in partnership with hiring managers).
- Identify opportunities to improve existing HR processes for clarity, efficiency, and employee experience.
- Partner with finance to support timely execution of employment and payroll-related changes (raises, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
- Facilitate performance review cycles, support managers with goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
- Keep documentation up to date, including employee handbooks, HR policies, and internal guides.
- Maintain personnel files and manage the company HRIS ensuring that the system contains the most current information
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth or tech environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for process accuracy and documentation.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - trusted by employees and managers alike.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and HRIS systems.
