Job Description
Human Resources interns partner closely with internal partners across various functions. Individuals in this role have opportunities to build relationships with stakeholders within Citadel's business and work on projects within HR.
Your Objectives:
  • Work on a fast-paced, dynamic, and intellectually challenging team
  • Receive an introduction to a variety of global human resources projects and processes
  • Add value by identifying and implementing process-improvement opportunities, while demonstrating an intellectual curiosity and passion for innovation
  • Develop your skills and solve some of the most complex business problems in our industry

Your Skills & Talents:
  • Interest and enthusiasm in a broad range of Human Capital topics
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly driven by a sense of intellectual curiosity and an innate desire to learn
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills - ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
  • Organizational and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Placement opportunities are available across functions including, but not limited to, People Operations, Campus Recruiting, Learning and Development, and People Analytics.
Opportunities are available in New York.
In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $2,200 to $2,300 per week.
