The HSA Operations Specialist will report to the HSA Operations Manager in the CDB Operations Department. This role is responsible for the posting and reconciling of account holder and employer funds received daily along with other duties assigned. We support Inspira colleagues by helping resolve any questions or concerns they encounter or receive. This position is responsible for timely and accurate processing of all account holder requests.

Job Summary & Responsibilities
The HSA Operations Specialist will report to the HSA Operations Manager in the CDB Operations Department. This role is responsible for the posting and reconciling of account holder and employer funds received daily along with other duties assigned. We support Inspira colleagues by helping resolve any questions or concerns they encounter or receive. This position is responsible for timely and accurate processing of all account holder requests.
- Assist with the daily processing of account holder requests such as Stop Payments, Check Copies, Account Closures, Trustee Transfers, Beneficiary. Requests, Death Closures, Internal Transfers, and Excess contributions.
- Review CIP Documentation to validate account holder HSA accounts.
- Assist with Lockbox processing of HSA transfer checks and account holder deposits.
- Form processing in database
- Review and assist with internal requests received from the InspiraTeam.
- Complete monthly employer audits for HSA push employers.
- Send daily employer email notifications on HSA funding.
- Post employer HSA dollars received daily.
- Assist with bulk transfer ins and outs.
- Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree
Skills & Abilities:

- Operate efficiently with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

- Strong attention to detail & excellent organizational skills.
Other Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Potential for direct client interaction.
