Affinity Group Southeast is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) on the UKG Pro (Ultimate Kronos Group) platform. This role will be responsible for maintaining HR data integrity, configuring system enhancements, generating reports, and providing technical support to HR and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with HRIS administration, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve HR processes. The candidate must be independent, able to think on their feet, and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with payroll processes is a plus.

What You’ll Do:
- Administer, maintain, and enhance the UKG HRIS system to support HR functions, including payroll, benefits, timekeeping, talent management, and employee records.
- Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits, troubleshooting discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR analytics, compliance, and business decision-making.
- Assist in system upgrades, testing new functionalities, and implementing process improvements.
- Provide training and support to HR team members and employees on system functionalities and best practices, while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with IT, Payroll, and other departments to integrate HRIS with other business systems.
- Stay updated on UKG system updates and HR technology trends to recommend enhancements.
- Serve as a backup for payroll processing when required.
- Configurations and testing for open enrollment periods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HRIS, preferably UKG Pro.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS reporting tools, PowerBI reporting, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Knowledge of HR processes, compliance regulations, and data security best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with system implementations, upgrades, or integrations is a plus.
