How You'll Make an Impact
- Serve as the primary liaison between HR Line of Business customers and Corporate HR Operations, leading analysis of complex business challenges addressed by technology
- Partner with the Recruiting Solutions team to support ICIMs and HR Management Systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and verify business requirements and functional specifications for application development, modification and configuration
- Conduct workflow analyses, apply configuration changes and document test plans and scripts to ensure robust solutions
- Execute testing deliverables and certify the integrity of automated solutions and programs
- Maintain compliance by adhering to SDLC, HR Technology change control practices, SOX policies and audit procedures
- Communicate complex information effectively at all organizational levels and build relationships with HR partners across functions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to complete assigned tasks and deliverables

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Human Resources or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 8+ years of experience with enterprise-wide HR systems
Skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Working knowledge of Human Resources Operations across multiple functions, especially Talent Attraction and Recruiting Operations
- Exceptional attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
- Self-starter with the ability to plan, problem-solve and assess cross-functional impacts, including identifying critical steps, activities and upstream/downstream impacts
- Experience developing, verifying and writing business and functional requirements, applying configuration changes, conducting workflow analyses and documenting test plans and scripts
- Experience executing testing deliverables and certifying the integrity of automated solutions and programs
- Strong interpersonal, written and public speaking skills for communicating complex information at all organizational levels
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, able to demonstrate proficiency through a work sample or assessment
- Experience with Asana and Microsoft Office Suite
- Project management experience
- Ability to build effective relationships and lead cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications

- Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
- Human Resources Information Professional certification (HRIP)
- ICIMS or other Applicant Tracking Software experience
- Experience writing and reading requirements for APIs in Python
- Experience working in an HR technology or analytical role
- Knowledge of reporting tools and experience writing queries in SQL
- Experience with vendor-to-vendor system integrations such as Oracle, HireRight, HireVue and Beamery
