Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven HR Program Manager to lead and support cross-functional talent programs with a focus on workforce analytics, employee development, and inclusion and belonging initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving our Fair Chance Hiring Initiative, Reverse Mentoring Program, and advancing our Inclusion and Belonging Strategy, while delivering insights through data that inform our most critical people decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Lead and scale key talent programs including the Fair Chance Hiring Initiative and Reverse Mentoring Program, ensuring alignment with company values and business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and business units to build equitable and inclusive people programs that create measurable impact.
- Define program goals, success metrics, and timelines, ensuring timely execution and continuous improvement.
Data Analytics & Workforce Insights
- Develop and manage dashboards and analytics that provide insights into inclusion and belonging metrics, succession planning, and employee development.
- Analyze workforce trends to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to support strategic HR decision-making.
- Partner with the People Analytics team and HRIS to ensure accurate, actionable reporting on diversity metrics and workforce demographics.
Inclusion and Belonging
- Support the development and tracking of KPIs tied to our Inclusion and Belonging Strategy.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to provide data and thought leadership around diverse hiring practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations on strategies to build inclusive leadership and equitable career pathways.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as a trusted advisor and project lead, facilitating cross-functional collaboration between HR Centers of Excellence, business leaders, and employee resource groups.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports and presentations summarizing data findings and program outcomes.
- Support change management and communication efforts related to program rollouts and key HR initiatives.
- Responsible for drafting data driven critical communications to the executive team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR program management, workforce analytics, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with demonstrated experience using HR metrics to influence decision-making.
- Experience leading talent initiatives focused on inclusion, fair chance hiring, or employee development.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel; familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Attributes
- Passion for equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Experience supporting or building data-informed DEI strategies.
- Background in HR consulting, program design, or change management is a plus.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
