C&C Container Service is a trusted local provider of roll-off containers and waste management solutions for residential, commercial and construction customers. As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources team remotely.

Job Summary
The HR Manager oversees all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys managing HR processes and supporting team members from a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention efforts
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR record-keeping
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs
• Support leadership in workforce planning and employee development
