As we scale our operations, we’re looking for a motivated and organized HR Intern to help us identify, engage, and onboard talented individuals—particularly interns—across our growing portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and university platforms
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update job descriptions for various roles
- Help design and execute onboarding workflows for new team members
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress
- Support internal HR documentation and process improvements
- Collaborate with different departments to understand hiring needs
- Contribute ideas to improve our talent acquisition strategy
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Organizational Development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
- A proactive attitude—someone who gets things done
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or Zoho tools is a plus
- Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or startup environments is helpful but not required
