Department OverviewHR Operations & Support on Employee Matters
Job Description
Provide support to the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) on various HR initiatives and projects, including Employee Engagement, Immigration Administration, Employee Relations, and Wellness programs.
Coordinate and execute employee engagement project activities, encompassing planning, design, administration, and the development of internal communication materials.
Assist the HRBP in the periodic review, updating, and maintenance of relevant company policies as required.
Offer administrative support for the HRBP's daily operational needs.
Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks and assignments as necessary.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management/ or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Familiar with Google workspace
Must be able to start in January 2026 or February 2026.
Duration: 3 to 6 months (Minimum 3 months).
