We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working across multiple HR functions and partnering with employees and management to support a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
• Assist with employee relations matters and performance management processes
• Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy
• Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave tracking
• Assist with compliance related to federal, state, and local employment laws
• Participate in HR projects, audits, and process improvements as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4 years of HR Generalist or related HR experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
