C&C Container Service is a trusted local provider of roll-off containers and waste management solutions for residential, commercial and construction customers. As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to manage various HR functions remotely.

Job Summary
The HR Generalist handles a wide range of human resources tasks including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving HR challenges, and supporting team members from a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on policies
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with regulations
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination
• Support performance management and employee development programs

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience preferred
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
