We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our HR department, contributing to various human resource functions to support our growing organization.

What You’ll Do:

As an HR Generalist, you will provide comprehensive support in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and compliance. You will collaborate with team members to assist in enhancing our workplace culture and promoting employee engagement.

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support employee performance management processes, including performance evaluations and feedback methods.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to further employee skills and growth.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events to enhance workplace morale and culture.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and inquiries.
  • Participate in HR projects and improve HR processes to streamline operations and promote efficiency.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role within the renewable energy or technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Multi State HR experience with direct California, New York or Massachusetts experience preferred.
  • Experience in HR departments of 1-4 people.
