Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates for open roles, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
- Conduct or coordinate background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
- Develop and deliver a welcoming new hire orientation experience that sets employees up for success from day one.
- Administer and execute HR programs across compensation, benefits, leave, performance management, recognition, and employee development.
- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, certifications, and professional licensure requirements.
- Implement and support employee recognition programs that reinforce RainFocus culture and values.
- Handle employment-related inquiries from employees, applicants, and managers, escalating sensitive or complex matters appropriately.
- Attend and support employee disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; regularly review and update policies accordingly.
- Stay current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in talent management and employment law.
- May assist with oversight of scheduling, assignments, and workflow for HR support staff.
- May support managers in delivering constructive, timely performance evaluations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a professional environment.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred; active pursuit of certification is a plus.
