Full-Time | In-Person

Do you love to bring order and organization to projects? Do you have an eagle eye for detail? Do you thrive on keeping things running smoothly and enjoy solving problems? Are you excited by the idea of serving clients, supporting your team, and contributing to your community?

If this resonates, we want to know you at Clean Scapes. Clean Scapes is the largest commercial landscaping contractor based in Texas, with locations in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and Houston. We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Recruiting Administrator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support the full-cycle recruiting process for our field employees, helping attract, hire, and onboard top talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Review applications, screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Sourcing

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, landscaping, or field operations is a plus.
  • Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment is preferred.

  • Passion for recruiting and connecting people with opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication skills with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
