HR Executive

Leads strategic and operational HR support across a multi-site portfolio of arenas, stadiums, and theaters. Partners with venue and regional leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, labor strategy, compliance, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, engagement, retention, and change initiatives. Supports salaried and hourly workforces, seasonal staffing, union environments, and consistent HR program execution across geographically dispersed venues.

Provides executive administrative support to the Head of Human Resources, General Counsel, and senior leadership. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, minutes and follow-up, confidential communications, visitor and call handling, employee events, presentations, special projects, invoices, purchase orders, and payment tracking. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools while working onsite in Lake Zurich, Illinois.

Develops new business with corporate employers, especially Fortune 500 organizations, by prospecting, building executive relationships, presenting consultative talent solutions, managing sales pipelines, negotiating engagements, and achieving revenue goals. The role requires collaboration with sales, marketing, and delivery teams, competitive intelligence, partner insights, and indirect coaching of team members. Candidates should have substantial consultative sales or account management experience and be comfortable engaging senior HR and talent leaders.
