We're looking for a strategic, people-first HR professional to join our team as a People Partner. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the organization – guiding workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. You'll also lead programs that support employee growth, learning, and career development, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, career development, and talent retention.
  • Leverage people data and analytics to identify workforce trends and recommend thoughtful, data-informed action plans.
  • Design and deliver learning initiatives, workshops, and development resources that strengthen employee capabilities and support career growth.
  • Support career pathing, succession planning, and internal mobility efforts across teams, aligning these programs with performance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional partners to ensure consistency in policies, practices, and employee experiences across the organization.
  • Participate in a highly compliant environment and assist in maintaining company security and compliance controls
  • Other duties as assigned


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience with demonstrated success in an HR Business Partner capacity.
  • Experience designing and delivering learning and development programs, along with managing payroll and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment regulations, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and translate it into actionable insights, paired with excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR) and experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment are a plus.

Final compensation is determined based on a candidate's relevant experience, skills, education, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for annual bonus.
