Position Overview


We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team and play a pivotal role in supporting key shared services departments, including Customer Service, Legal & Regulatory, and Customer Experience. As a trusted partner to Ecosystem business leaders, you will collaborate closely to drive business success through effective HR strategies.


The ideal candidate will be a confident, adaptable, and data-driven team player with a strong ability to balance both strategic initiatives and the day-to-day tactical HR needs of the business. What you'll do

  • Develop and execute HR plans and strategies that align with and drive the achievement of overall business objectives.
  • Act as the face of HR, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation/benefits, learning and development, leadership coaching, talent management processes, and employee relations.
  • Partner with business leaders to select, and onboard top talent, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
  • Take ownership of key talent processes, including onboarding, succession planning, performance management, training and development, and offboarding, to ensure that employees have the tools and resources to succeed at every stage of their journey.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to implement and reinforce company-wide initiatives and programs that foster a high-performance culture.
  • Stay ahead of trends and regulatory changes in human resources and employment law, managing the company’s relationships with state and local regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of HR experience in a business partner role, with a demonstrated ability to provide strategic support to senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with both HR colleagues and key business stakeholders to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present, build relationships, and provide clear guidance to leaders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow through in a fast-paced environment with minimal daily supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive issues. 
  • Extensive knowledge of federal and state labor and employment law.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, HRIS and basic data analysis.
