Job description:

We are seeking a smart Talent Associate - Intern to join our organization. As an intern, you will grow to eventually be responsible for providing comprehensive HR solutions to our clients, including outsourced HR services, compliance management, and HR advisory support. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in HR practices, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the desire to learn and grow in this profession.

What you'll learn to do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients seeking HR outsourcing services, providing professional and timely assistance.

  • Work with the team to conduct a thorough assessment of clients' HR needs and develop tailored HR outsourcing solutions.

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions for clients, including but not limited to employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, HR policies and procedures, and employee documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, keeping clients updated on changes and implementing necessary adjustments.

  • Provide assistance with HR advisory support to clients, offering guidance on HR best practices, employee engagement, and talent management.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to assist with the sourcing and selection of candidates for client organizations.

  • Stay updated on HR trends, industry developments, and best practices, sharing relevant insights and recommendations with clients.

Work Mode: Hybrid (Will work from the client office 3 days a week) and must have a personal computer.

Pay: Up to ₦50,000.00 per month
