In this role, you'll use your expertise in HR analytics, compensation, and workforce planning to support our talent strategy and organizational goals.
You'll work across the Organizational Development Department and support different teams, managing complex data projects and recommending solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data across the employee lifecycle: headcount, turnover, retention, promotions, internal mobility, benefits utilization, demographics.
- Track and evaluate recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and funnel conversion.
- Design, maintain, and automate dashboards and reporting tools in Looker Studio and Google Sheets using automation and AI tools.
- Translate data trends into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Ensure HRIS data accuracy and integrity, identifying and fixing data discrepancies.
- Support HR projects - engagement surveys, DEI analytics, pay gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Act as a go-to expert for the HR team - sharing best practices and providing training on analytics and reporting tools.
- Maintain compliance with company standards and reporting requirements by preparing accurate reports for audits and leadership reviews.
- Provide data-backed insights that support policy development and risk management.
Skills you'll need to bring:
- 3+ years of experience in HR Analytics or Data Analysis.
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros).
- Proficiency with Looker Studio or other similar tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Google BigQuery.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage complex data projects, and communicate results clearly to senior leaders.
- Skilled in data visualization and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English and fluent Ukrainian.
As a plus:
- Experience with DBT (data transformation), n8n (automation), or AI tools for analytics and process optimization.
- Confidence with Python for data visualizations or deeper analysis.
- Experience creating clear and structured presentations based on analytical findings.
