This fully remote role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats - supporting recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations across a portfolio of behavioral health clients.

You'll work closely with our HR team to keep our people operations running smoothly, serve as a point of contact for candidates and new hires, and help maintain accurate records and documentation across multiple platforms. If you're energized by meaningful work and take pride in getting the details right, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • HR operations and record keeping

  • Support benefits enrollment processes and respond to basic employee inquiries, escalating as needed
  • Assist in preparing and tracking HR documentation, including offer letters, employment verifications, and policy acknowledgments

Onboarding and compliance

  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires across multiple client organizations
  • Follow up with hiring managers to ensure onboarding tasks are completed on time
  • Support I-9 and E-Verify completion in accordance with federal requirements
  • Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and in compliance with HIPAA standards

Recruiting support

  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews and document candidate feedback in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Help prepare job postings and maintain candidate pipelines across active requisitions

General HR support

  • Assist the HR team with audits, tracker maintenance, and ad hoc reporting
  • Pitch in on special projects and process improvement initiatives as they arise
  • Help ensure HR workflows stay organized and nothing falls through the cracks
  • Update projects using ZohoProjects

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
