About the Role:
Reporting to the Director, Global Brand & Motorsport Partnerships, the Hospitality & Events Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing CrowdStrike’s motorsport activations. This role oversees a high-profile events calendar—including Formula 1 races, endurance racing, VIP client programs, and bespoke brand-led experiences—delivering exceptional, high-touch hospitality for senior executives and top-tier clients.
The focus is on flawless operational delivery—from pre-event planning through on-site execution—ensuring every detail reflects CrowdStrike’s premium brand standards.
What You'll Do:
Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of U.S. motorsport events, with an emphasis on premium hospitality programs for executive and VIP audiences.
Support the execution of selected international events, including flagship engagements such as the Miami Grand Prix, Las Vegas Grand Prix, and other global motorsport moments.
Design and deliver world-class guest experiences—from pre-event communications to on-site concierge service and post-event follow-up.
Manage elite hospitality offerings including paddock club experiences, private suites, trackside activations, and curated itineraries for C-suite guests.
Partner with top-tier agencies, premium vendors, and venue stakeholders to ensure flawless operational delivery.
Work closely with external partners, rights holders, and internal teams across sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
Execute sponsorship assets and entitlements effectively across all activations.
Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and legal requirements
Track and report on event success, using KPIs such as client engagement, lead generation, guest satisfaction (NPS), and ROI.
Produce post-event recaps to share results and best practices with internal teams.
What You'll Need:
5+ years of experience in event-led marketing, preferably in sport, tech, or luxury sectors.
Expertise in executing large-scale global events; Formula 1 experience highly preferred.
Adept at managing multiple global initiatives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Comfortable with significant travel (20% to 30% - heavier during racing season), including nights and weekends

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $86,000 - $135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.For detailed information about the U.S. benefits package, please click here.
