About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a lead marketing consultant to join Home Lending marketing that will drive the strategy for existing targeted campaigns to drive acquisition in the purchase and refinance campaigns for home lending.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead and participate in complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participation in large-scale planning for the marketing area
  • Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales, and profitability for marketing
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives related to marketing
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships, and cross-functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
  • May lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of risk management framework and a commitment to compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to develop multi-channel campaigns that deliver results.
  • Ability to track project dependencies and manage changing priorities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools such as Aprimo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, and JIRA.
  • Consumer lending preferably with Home Mortgage or marketing line of business
  • 3+ years' experience in targeted marketing and/or direct mail
  • Existing Wells Fargo targeted marketing experiencing preferred working with internal targeting teams.

  • Must be able to work on-site at the location specified in the job posting.
  • Must be able to work a Hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$100,000.00 - $163,000.00
