✅ Responsibilities:
- Review market trends to drive market expansion initiatives, identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth within the U.S. market, including potential partnerships, acquisitions, or new business ventures.
- Assure liaison between marketing, sales, HR, recruitment, training and career development, and projects and program management departments to accomplish cohesive business operations and planning.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day business operations including strategic guidance to the Delivery and Sales teams, offering insights and expertise on market specifics to optimize business operations and enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for U.S. operations, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals and objectives.
- Foster brand awareness and establishing Dev.Pro as a reputable presence in the community. Oversee strategic planning for corporate operations, team leadership, market opportunities expansion and location growth and development.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of operational areas, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and team effectiveness.
- Develop and manage client relationships by engaging with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with the company's products and services.
- Contribute to the overall corporate strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on a deep understanding of the U.S. market and industry landscape.
✅ Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field.
✅ Work Experience Requirements:
- 7 years of progressive professional work experience in information technology project management and service delivery;
- 5 years of experience with client implementation technology products and services environments including SaaS and BPO and SDLC methodologies including Agile or Waterfall;
- 2 years of experience in sales and proficiency in sales methodologies and techniques to drive revenue and achieve sales targets;
- experience with Microsoft Office, Jira, and Azure DevOps
