To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $315,900 - $410,000
Zone B: $315,900 - $410,000
Zone C: $315,900 - $410,000
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple domains or business units.
- Program Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technical programs, including initiation, planning, execution, forecasting, budgeting, and delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior engineering, product, and business leaders to align technical programs with business objectives and priorities.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of TPMs and TPM managers, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Systematic Problem Solving: Take a systematic approach to solving highly technical engineering problems, including prioritization, scoping, and progress tracking.
- Technical Influence: Leverage deep technical understanding to influence architectural decisions and drive progress on critical engineering challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive experience (typically 12+ years) in product management, technical program management, engineering, or related leadership roles within leading technology companies.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering large-scale, complex technical programs.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical programs.
- Deep technical understanding of modern systems, architectures, and platforms (coding not required, but must understand system flows, APIs, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
