We're Building Something New, and We Need Someone to Help Define It

AI is already reshaping marketing. The real opportunity now isn't adoption. It's how organizations reorganize around it.

ContinuumGlobal is at a point where strategy needs to lead that shift. This role isn't about maintaining client plans or refining campaigns. It's about helping define how modern marketing organizations operate in an AI-driven world and translating that into real, executable change for our clients and our business.

We're looking for a Head of Strategy who brings a clear point of view, knows how to work at the executive level, and can turn emerging capabilities into practical operating models that teams can actually run.

About ContinuumGlobal

ContinuumGlobal is an AI-enabled engagement marketing agency helping global brands, including Google, YouTube, Waymo, Coinbase, and Kraken, deliver personalized customer experiences at scale. Through our proprietary Smart Marketing Engine™, we bring together data, AI, creative, and operations to transform how marketing is planned, executed, and optimized. We're not just building campaigns; we're building a better way to do this work.

The Opportunity

This is a high-visibility leadership role that sits at the center of ContinuumGlobal's evolution. You'll partner closely with our Head of AI, Data and Analytics, who brings depth in data, modeling, and technical execution. You'll lead the strategic narrative, the operating model design, and the client-facing vision. Together, you'll define what AI-enabled marketing looks like in practice and ensure it's both visionary and implementable.

You'll also play a key role in shaping the roadmap for our Smart Marketing Engine, ensuring it aligns with real client needs and how marketing organizations are actually changing.

What You'll Own

Strategic Leadership & Operating Model Design

You'll help clients and prospects rethink how their marketing organizations are structured in an AI-driven environment. This means going beyond campaign strategy to the harder, more valuable question: how should this organization actually be set up to win?

  • Define AI-enabled marketing operating models that connect strategy, creative, data, and execution
  • Identify where current workflows break and map how they should evolve
  • Help organizations move from fragmented tools to cohesive, intelligent systems
  • Guide how teams should be structured, how decisions should be made, and where AI should be embedded

Client Strategy Leadership

  • Lead strategy across key client engagements and elevate how Continuum shows up in the room
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies across CRM, lifecycle, email, and omnichannel engagement
  • Translate data and insights into a clear direction that clients can act on, not just decks they can admire
  • Serve as a senior advisor to stakeholders ranging from Heads of Growth to CMOs
  • Push thinking beyond campaigns toward continuous, intelligent engagement
  • Ensure strategy connects to execution and measurable outcomes

Partnership with AI, Data & Analytics

This role is designed to work in lockstep with our Head of AI, Data and Analytics. You define the strategic direction and operating model; they lead the analytical depth, technical frameworks, and implementation detail. Together, you ensure ideas are grounded, scalable, and deliver real impact. This is not a handoff. It's an ongoing partnership that connects vision to execution.

Smart Marketing Engine Roadmap

  • Translate client needs and market shifts into product and capability direction
  • Partner with product, AI, and delivery teams to prioritize roadmap decisions
  • Ensure the platform reflects how modern marketing teams actually want to work
  • Bring a clear perspective on how AI should show up across content, workflows, and decisioning

New Business & Growth

  • Shape the strategic narrative for pitches and proposals
  • Participate in key conversations with prospective clients
  • Help articulate what makes ContinuumGlobal different and why it matters
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships through stronger strategic thinking

Thought Leadership & Market Positioning

  • Develop clear points of view on AI in marketing and how operating models are changing
  • Contribute to content, presentations, and external thought leadership
  • Ensure consistency between what we say, what we build, and how we deliver

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, agency-side, or in-house
  • Strong background in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven engagement
  • A clear, practical point of view on AI in marketing, including how it changes organizations, not just tools
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and leading high-stakes strategic conversations
  • Ability to connect high-level thinking to real-world execution without losing either
  • Exceptional communicator. You simplify complexity without dumbing it down
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where not everything is fully defined

You're the Right Person If You...

  • Naturally think about how systems work, not just individual tactics
  • Can help a client reframe how their organization should operate, not just what campaign to run
  • Are comfortable partnering with technical and analytical leaders without needing to be one
  • Bring a strong point of view but stay flexible as ideas evolve
  • Care about building something that works, not just something that sounds good

What We Offer

  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • 401k + match
  • 3 weeks PTO & 5 floating holidays
  • 13 paid holidays
  • Paid parental leave
  • Fun, caring, collaborative work environment
  • Opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career
  • Specialized training
  • Annual bonus

Why ContinuumGlobal

ContinuumGlobal sits at the intersection of AI, data, and human engagement — a space most agencies can't credibly claim. Our client list speaks for itself: Google, YouTube, Waymo, Coinbase, Kraken. These are brands with the highest standards, and we earn their trust by being specialists, not generalists. Our team combines technical depth — data, engineering, AI — with creative and strategic thinking, a combination that's rarer than it sounds and produces measurably better outcomes. We move at the speed of our clients, many of whom are defining their categories in real time. And we're global but nimble — US, UK, Canada, India — with the infrastructure to support enterprise programs and the culture of a team that still cares deeply about the work.

This role is central to that mission. You'll have the support, the access, and the expectation to help shape what comes next.

Applicants must have work authorization in the US that does not now or will not in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status).

Continuum was founded in Silicon Valley in 2009 and today has over 800 employees worldwide.

ContinuumGlobal is committed to fostering an environment of Diversity and Inclusion where employees are both valued and heard. We have a diverse representation of gender, race, sex, thought, and other personal characteristics that contribute to the improvement of our commerce and people.

We also provide accommodations during the interview process. Please reach out to our People Operations department at [email protected] for accommodation.
