Vidmob is the creative data company. Its scoring software and analytics have become an essential ingredient in the creative and media decisions of the world’s largest marketers and agencies, as they strive to drive business results through improved creative effectiveness. As the leader in creative data, Vidmob’s influence lies in its partnerships and integrations across the digital ad ecosystem, its dozens of proprietary models, and in operating the industry’s most robustly instrumented human-reinforcement learning model for creativity.

We are looking for a Head of Strategic Data Partnerships who will work with organizations across the adtech ecosystem to advance Vidmob's commercial footprint. This is a team-of-one role built for a serial startup operator — someone who has built partnership functions from scratch, knows how to put the right structures in place, and thrives on executing in white space. You'll grow Vidmob's key monetization pillars as we expand our business via in-depth partnership agreements across demand-side platforms, measurement and attribution providers, data and clean room partners, and creative platforms — with a primary focus on data-driven partnerships. Your expertise in the digital media space, strategic mindset, and relationship-building skills will help inform and amplify our roadmap of targets and opportunities.

What you’ll do

  • Inform Vidmob's partner management strategy and modernize our processes for identifying, selecting, onboarding, and nurturing partners

  • Lead full-cycle partner relationships from initial engagement, RFP, agreement development and launch

  • Identify market need, revenue opportunity and strategy to drive existing partnerships forward

  • Collaborate with a diverse set of executive stakeholders across revenue, product, and operations to gather input, align on priorities, and translate cross-functional perspectives into a cohesive partnership strategy

  • Be the voice and representation of Vidmob with all aspects and facets of the partnership, prioritizing establishing deal structure, negotiating, and papering commercial terms. Additionally you will support operations, technology integrations, & partner evaluation.

  • Develop and manage ongoing partnerships across the adtech ecosystem, including advertising platforms, DSPs, measurement and attribution providers, data and clean room partners, and creative intelligence platforms, with a focus on advancing Vidmob's data licensing business

  • Cultivate client relationships in partnership with the sales team to drive new business opportunities

  • Be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to all partners by supporting performance, evaluation, metrics, etc.

What you’ll bring

  • 15+ years of business development experience in the digital advertising space, with extensive experience driving full cycle revenue and large scale partnerships

  • A builder's track record: you have stood up a partnerships function at an early- or growth-stage company, not just managed within one

  • The seniority and presence to walk into high-stakes rooms with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers at major platforms, DSPs, and data companies — and close

  • Meaningful experience in data partnerships, particularly with companies selling, licensing, or enriching third-party data assets, operating identity and ID graph solutions, or enabling clean room data collaboration

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience building influence across executive stakeholders internally and externally

  • Strong relationships with target partners of ours (closed ecosystems, DSPs, data platforms)

  • Fluency in data-driven advertising and the demand side of the advertising landscape

At the end of your first year, you’ll have helped us:

  • Drive meaningful incremental bookings and revenue by building and closing a portfolio of high-impact partnerships from the ground up

  • Execute Vidmob’s vision to be a leader in outcomes, by constructing a number of first-to-market monetization partnerships across the adtech and data ecosystem

  • Lead creative data integrations that have materially impacted the effectiveness and efficiency of some of the world’s largest marketers, and advanced the evolution of the creative data category in the process.

  • Voice strategic ideas and plans to scale, monetize and increase brand-awareness of Vidmob’s unique offerings

  • Establish a rigorous partner management framework that defines how Vidmob identifies, prioritizes, onboards, and evaluates partners going forward

  • Elevate key existing platform relationships into deeper commercial arrangements, with clear roadmaps for next-generation structures

  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and implement successful initiatives that demonstrate Vidmob's unique value and impact

Compensation:

Base Salary - $154,000-$175,000

Commission - $66,000-$75,000
