Key Responsibilities

Create Real, Resonant Content

  • You must conquer Linkedin, and know every of what works in an integrated strategy.
  • Write, shoot, direct, and edit genuine, scroll-stopping content—from behind-the-scenes snippets to voice-driven micro-stories.
  • Prioritize substance over spin. Use truth as your strategy, and make every post feel human.

Lead with Creative Vision

  • Transform briefs into iconic, memorable campaigns.
  • Play with format—video, reels, memes, motion, threads. Challenge conventions. Experiment frequently.

Think Strategically, Move Precisely

  • Analyze what’s working and what’s not—using real-time data to shape the story arc.
  • Own and maintain a publishing calendar that aligns with our GTM roadmap, product launches, and cultural moments.

Shape the Brand Voice

  • Build and refine a consistent tone across every channel that is both intelligent and emotionally tuned.
  • Become the guardian of our voice and the heartbeat of our brand narrative.

Work Across the Company

  • Collaborate tightly with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Campaign Managers, Senior Content Writer, and Brand and Creative Designers.
  • Translate multi-stakeholder voices into a unified, compelling social experience.

Grow Our Ecosystem

  • Cultivate relationships with influencers, content creators, and thought leaders in the B2B space.
  • Help us empower a growing cohort of advocates, not just an audience.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • LinkedIn and B2B experience is a must.
  • A proven track record of growing social engagement—organically and with intention.
  • Mastery in micro-copy and the ability to create a story arc across channels.
  • High standards for organization and athletic-grade discipline and execution.
  • Creative confidence: you can pitch a bold idea, defend it with conviction, and execute it solo if needed.
  • Curiosity, speed, and a constant hunger for what’s next.
  • Experience with tools like: Sprout Social, Figma, Linkedin, Youtube, and more.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • See constraints as creative fuel, not barriers.
  • Don’t wait for permission. You initiate.
  • Believe that brands don’t talk at people—they connect with them.
  • Know that storytelling is not about a viral moment—it’s about building trust over time.
