The role / impact

This strategic leadership position is pivotal in driving the field sales enablement strategy across the UK and Emerging Markets. You will ensure the long-term growth of the partner sales team by delivering world-class programs that build core capabilities and embed best-in-class tools and practices across the region.

As a key member of the Global Revenue Enablement leadership team, you will translate business needs into actionable productivity plans. Your work will measurably improve the performance of field sales teams, creating a consistent customer-facing voice and driving business outcomes that support Xero’s mission to empower small businesses.

The team / how they connect

You will lead a dedicated team of Enablement Business Partners while collaborating closely with regional sales leadership and global revenue operations. This role acts as a bridge between global strategy and regional execution, working cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to ensure our sales force is fully equipped to succeed.

The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on

  • Developing and executing a regional enablement plan aligned with global sales priorities and UK market needs.

  • Coaching and mentoring Enablement Business Partners to uplift team capability and program delivery.

  • Establishing new processes and systems to measure the ROI of training programs and sales productivity.

  • Partnering with Product and Partner Marketing to ensure seamless readiness for new features and market initiatives.
