About Encompass Onsite
Encompass Onsite is a fast-scaling field operations platform built for commercial facility services, connecting enterprise brands, property managers, and specialized service partners through technology that drives accountability, quality, and measurable outcomes at every job site. We operate across nine commercial trade verticals nationwide, blending intelligent sourcing, CRM-driven recruiting, and field operations technology.
We are growing more than 20% annually, and we have built a modern revenue operations function to match. This role owns the systems that power that growth, and the person who steps into it will help finish, refine, and scale them.
The Role
This role is for an operator who thrives at the intersection of CRM architecture, revenue systems design, and data-driven marketing execution. You will own the technical operations plan for both our supply-side motion (service partner recruiting) and our demand-side motion (enterprise client go-to-market), all built on our Go High Level (GHL) platform.
This is not a set-it-and-hand-it-off engagement. You will be the primary builder, administrator, and strategic advisor for the systems that run our revenue engine. You will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing, work closely with senior leadership, manage vendor and platform relationships, and set the operational standards the entire revenue team runs against.
If you have built CRMs from the ground up, understand funnel economics deeply, know how to turn messy pipeline data into executive-grade insight, and want to own a system that scales with the company, this is your role.
What You Will Own
CRM & Marketing Automation (Go High Level)
- Pipeline architecture. Build and maintain the supply-side and demand-side GHL pipelines, including stage definitions, stage-gating discipline, tag taxonomy, custom fields, and required-field standards.
- Scoring frameworks. Define and maintain our Ideal Partner Profile and Ideal Customer Profile frameworks, including tier definitions and weighted scoring criteria.
- Automated outreach. Configure and optimize our AI-assisted recruiting cadences, including multi-touch, tiered outreach sequences tailored across languages and communication styles.
- Workflow management. Design and maintain the workflows behind lead intake, nurture sequencing, disposition enforcement, SLA monitoring, ownership handoffs, win-back sequences, and re-entry logic.
- Administration. Serve as the platform administrator, managing users, permissions, integrations, and vendor relationships.
Lead Scoring & Funnel Economics
- Scoring model. Own the composite lead-scoring model that blends fit, intent, and engagement signals, including time-based score decay and re-engagement logic.
- Economic modeling. Model customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and multi-year contract value, and maintain disciplined win-probability standards at late pipeline stages.
- Funnel analytics. Track activation rate, pipeline velocity, stage-dwell SLA compliance, and conversion breakdowns across both the supply and demand motions.
Reporting & Executive Dashboards
- Dashboards. Build and maintain role-based dashboards for recruiting, partner management, operations, and marketing teams.
- Executive reporting. Translate pipeline data into executive-grade reporting for the Sr. Director of Marketing and senior leadership, including a weekly digest cadence and leadership summaries.
- Metric governance. Track core funnel metrics at every stage: volume, duration, conversion rate, value, and cost per partner and per client.
Scalability, Governance & Operational Excellence
- Change control. Define and enforce change-control standards for system updates and cross-team process changes.
- Proactive improvement. Proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, and scaling risks before they become problems, and document recommendations with clear implementation plans.
- Standards. Set the standard for naming conventions, required-field discipline, SLA frameworks, and data governance that the entire revenue team operates against.
Who You Are
You are a systems thinker who executes. You design the structure, build the thing, run it in production, and make it better over time. We care more about what you have built than which logo was on the platform, so the requirements below are grouped as must-haves first, then the experience that will put you at the front of the line. Specifically, you bring:
- 5 to 10 years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations, with at least 2 years in a senior or equivalent role owning a complex CRM build.
- Deep, hands-on CRM architecture experience. You have built pipelines from scratch, configured stage enforcement and required-field discipline, written multi-branch automation workflows, and administered a modern CRM or marketing-automation platform at team scale. Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Keap, Zoho or an equivalent platform all qualify — what matters is that you architected it yourself rather than briefing someone who did.
- Strongly preferred: hands-on Go High Level (GHL). Our entire revenue stack runs on GHL, so direct platform experience is the single highest-value signal we screen for and the fastest path to impact here. It is not a hard gate. If you have architected at depth in another platform and can show us you pick up new systems quickly, we want the conversation — we will expect working GHL fluency inside your first 90 days, and we will resource your ramp.
- Experience connecting a CRM to other tools and data sources, with a working understanding of integrations, APIs, and automation reliability.
- Fluency in funnel economics: acquisition-cost modeling, lifetime-value projection, contract-value forecasting, and weighted pipeline math.
- A proven ability to build executive-grade dashboards that drive decisions, not just charts, but reporting that changes how leadership operates.
- Experience with lead-scoring models, including time-based decay, composite scoring, and threshold-based routing.
- Strong working knowledge of outbound marketing stacks: email infrastructure, list enrichment, campaign attribution, UTM governance, and A/B testing.
- Executive-level communication. You can run a sign-off meeting with senior leadership, write a clear gap analysis, and hold a team accountable to a governance standard.
- Experience in facilities services, commercial cleaning, field operations, or a partner-network or marketplace model is a significant plus.
