Lead and optimize GoMining’s commercial performance across Sales, VIP, and Retention. Build scalable processes, drive cross-sell/upsell and pricing strategies, own unit economics, create reporting frameworks, partner with Finance/Analytics/Product/Marketing, and present insights to executives to improve revenue, conversion, retention, and profitability.
As Head of Revenue Operations, you will own the commercial performance of GoMining's direct revenue channels.
You will be responsible for optimizing sales operations, VIP management, retention, cross-sell initiatives, and commercial efficiency. Working closely with business owners and leadership, you will define priorities, improve unit economics, and ensure every commercial initiative delivers measurable business impact.
This is a strategic role that combines commercial operations, analytics, pricing, and revenue optimization.
Responsibilities
Revenue Operations
- Own the operational performance of all direct revenue channels, including Sales, VIP, and Retention.
- Align priorities, customer segmentation, and execution plans with business owners.
- Build scalable commercial processes and operating standards across teams.
- Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and operational efficiency.
Commercial Performance
- Drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives across the GoMining ecosystem.
- Initiate promotional campaigns, commercial activities, and growth programs together with Marketing and Product teams.
- Measure the effectiveness and ROI of all commercial initiatives.
- Continuously optimize conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Pricing & Unit Economics
- Own unit economics across all commercial channels.
- Define profitability targets, spending guidelines, and commercial KPIs.
- Manage discount policies, promotional mechanics, and OTC commercial terms.
- Analyze channel profitability and recommend improvements to maximize margins.
Analytics & Leadership
- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards for commercial performance.
- Partner with Analytics, Finance, Product, and Marketing to support data-driven decision-making.
- Present business insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of commercial operations and revenue processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience working in fintech, payments, SaaS, crypto, or other transaction-driven businesses.
- Strong understanding of revenue management, unit economics, pricing, and commercial performance.
- Experience working closely with Sales, Customer Success, VIP, Retention, and Marketing teams.
- Proven experience building reporting frameworks and operational processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent knowledge of business metrics and financial performance.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent English

- Experience in crypto, Bitcoin, Web3, or digital assets.
- Experience with CRM, loyalty, or VIP programs.
- Experience managing pricing strategies, discount policies, or OTC operations.
