ABOUT CORDIAL
We founded Cordial in 2014 on the belief that there should be more humanity and empathy in marketing—both in how brands communicate with their customers and in how technology companies work with brands. We built our company and platform purposefully, driven by a desire to inspire more thoughtful communication and to create experiences that feel more personal and human—for consumers, for the people at the companies we work with, and for Cordial employees. Today, brands like PacSun, Revolve, Abercrombie & Fitch, Realtor.com, L.L. Bean and Forbes rely on Cordial to drive revenue growth by sending a better message.
We chose the name Cordial to symbolize how we empower our clients to communicate with their customers, as well as how we do business: with transparency, collaboration, and trust. We're building a passionate team of individuals willing to learn, grow, and be thoughtfully challenged on a daily basis to continuously improve our product, company, and culture every single day.
OUR VALUES
- Communicate better than the rest
- Own it, every time
- Solve client problems tenaciously
- Make Waves
We’re hiring a Head of Product Marketing to own how Cordial shows up to the market—across sales, launches, demos, and analyst conversations.
This is a hands-on, builder role. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Exec Leadership, and you’ll be accountable for turning product capability into clear positioning, compelling proof, and sales-ready assets that move deals forward.
This role is not theoretical PMM.
It’s about enablement, demos, GTM execution, and credibility—internally and externally.
YOU WILLOwn Sales & GTM Enablement
- Own all core sales assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive narratives, proof points, and objection handling.
- Build and maintain enablement that Sales actually uses—clear, current, and grounded in real deals.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to support pipeline creation, acceleration, and win-rate improvement.
Own Demo Strategy & Demo Experiences
- Own demo tours on our website, and product storytelling end-to-end.
- Partner with Product and Sales Engineering to define what gets shown, when, and why.
- Lead the evolution toward interactive demo tooling (we’ll be evaluating platforms in February) and modern demo workflows.
Lead GTM Enablement
- Define how new products, capabilities, and use cases go to market.
- Build clear GTM playbooks that align Product, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
- Ensure every launch has a clear who it’s for, why it matters, how to sell it story.
Product Launches & Release Marketing
- Own launches from beta to GA—narrative, packaging, messaging, and internal readiness.
- Translate roadmap into market-facing value without hype or fluff.
- Maintain a consistent release drumbeat that reinforces our Battle for Attention narrative.
Own Analyst Relations (AR)
- Lead analyst engagement across briefings, inquiries, and evaluations.
- Ensure Cordial’s positioning is crisp, differentiated, and credible in the analyst ecosystem.
- Partner with leadership to prepare execs for high-stakes analyst conversations.
HARD SKILLS / WHAT YOU’RE GOOD AT
- Deeply technical when needed—you can go down the stack and come back up with a clear story.
- Fluent in both Product and Sales contexts; you treat both as first-class stakeholders.
- Strong demo builder and product storyteller—you know how to show value, not just explain it.
- Comfortable owning complex narratives across multiple products, personas, and use cases.
- Experienced in enablement, launches, and GTM—not just messaging decks.
- Resourceful and scrappy—you thrive on small teams and imperfect inputs.
- Strong communicator with executive presence (written, verbal, and in the room).
- Humble, kind, and a great listener—low ego, high standards.
- Trusted partner across functions; you bring clarity, not friction.
- Bias for action, but never at the expense of quality.
- 8–12+ years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience (martech experience a strong plus).
- Proven track record owning enablement, demos, launches, and GTM execution.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels—setting direction and doing the work.
- Experience working directly with exec teams, sales leaders, and product leadership.
- Builder mindset: you leave things better, clearer, and more usable than you found them.
