About the Opportunity

Imagine being at the forefront of the future of crypto, enabling individuals to seamlessly enter the crypto economy. As a marketing leader, you'll have the opportunity to craft the narrative, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy for trading products and tools at a world-leading crypto exchange. It's an exciting time to be in the industry, and your work will play a role in driving the growth and adoption of decentralized technology.

About the team:

The Director of Product Marketing for the Americas will play a critical role in shaping OKX’s go-to-market strategy across North and South America, driving community-led expansion and ensuring our CeFi and Web3 product narratives resonate with users in these key regions.

This role requires a deep understanding of the US and LATAM crypto landscapes, strong expertise in regional growth marketing, and the ability to work closely with local General Managers (GMs), product teams, and global marketing stakeholders. You will act as the voice of the customer in the region—both externally, to create awareness and adoption, and internally, to inform product and marketing strategies based on local market insights.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop frameworks and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy for the Americas (US & LATAM), aligning with OKX’s global vision while adapting to regional market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and user needs across CeFi and Web3 trading products.

  • Drive growth in community engagement and product adoption by fostering relationships with crypto-native communities, influencers, and industry stakeholders across the region.

  • Coordinate and expand global community programs in the Americas, including hosting events, meetups, and hackathons that bring together high-value crypto-native users, developers, and thought leaders.

  • Establish a strong brand presence across crypto industry events, media, and social platforms in the US and LATAM, amplifying OKX’s visibility and market position.

  • Work closely with local General Managers (GMs) and market teams to adapt global product messaging to regional nuances, ensuring clarity and relevance across different markets.

  • Develop region-specific narratives that align with user needs, trading behaviors, and market trends while reinforcing OKX’s leadership in CeFi, Web3, and trading products.

  • Act as the voice of the US and LATAM customer, gathering and analyzing market insights to inform both product development and marketing strategies.

  • Establish a structured feedback loop between American users and global product teams, ensuring that customer pain points, preferences, and opportunities are continuously addressed.
