Job Summary:Socure, a leader in AI-driven identity verification and fraud prevention, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Product Management, AML. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our rapidly growing anti-money laundering (AML) solutions segment. As we embrace digital transformation, your mission will be to scale our AML growth over the next 12 months. You will be a data-driven growth expert, adept in GTM and technical development, thriving at the intersection of innovative product development, content strategy, and sales. Reporting to our SVP of Product Management, you will collaborate closely with key teams and commercial partners to transition our business from an 8-figure to a 9-figure enterprise through strategic delivery.

Job Duties:Strategy & Execution: Own and optimize our cutting-edge AI-driven entity resolution platform for anti-money laundering use cases. Drive growth through strategic product leadership. Architect trials, maximize conversions, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver buyer experiences. Ensure world-class delivery via rapid prototyping and execution. Attract, inspire, and develop top talent. Exude operational excellence.
Customer Contact: Internalize the voice of customers to inform product roadmaps. Devise and execute targeted account-based plays to acquire new logos and expand footprints.
Pricing Proposal / Strategy: Own product pricing strategies, packaging, and growth engines. Model viral adoption loops and channel strategies to expand the total addressable market.
Product Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics. Be fluent in applied data storytelling to communicate trends.
Customer Growth Metrics: Track customer growth, retention, and engagement metrics. Leverage data to land and grow high-value accounts and achieve negative revenue churn.
Cross-functional Team Alignment / OKRs: Lead cross-functional crews from Design to Engineering. Manage up to align stakeholders on objectives and key results (OKRs). Define product vision and roadmaps balancing insights, objectives, and constraints.
10+ years experience in Product Management or related field, with at least 7 years in leadership roles.
Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
Proven track record in scaling multi-channel AML programs at SaaS companies, exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and leadership qualities.
Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience working with data scientists and engineers.
Demonstrated leadership and influence capabilities: Visionary thinking, persuasive storytelling, and the ability to develop and scale teams and organizations.
Exceptional judgment in people, product, and business decisions.
Advanced Education: MBA or Master’s in Decision Science, Predictive Analytics, Behavioral Economics, Operations Research, or a similar field.
Specialized Knowledge: Experience in sanctions, PEP, adverse media screening, NLP, and conversational interfaces. Understanding of information security, data privacy, and fraud risk regulation.
Certifications: CAMS certification is desirable.
