Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of People located in Palo Alto, CA. The Head of People will oversee all human resources functions, develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and foster positive employee relations. Additional responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, employee development initiatives, and organizational culture strategies to support the company's growing workforce.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to effectively handle organizational structures and personnel requirements.

  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies to ensure compliance and implement best practices.

  • Experience in fostering positive Employee Relations and creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

  • Proven leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills to address complex HR challenges.

  • Previous experience in fast-paced, dynamic industries like technology or AI is highly advantageous.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications like SHRM-CP/SCP are a plus.
