Movement Labs is an incubator and consulting firm that uses technology, data, and experimentation to stop fascism and build progressive power. We help progressives win and defeat MAGA extremists through year-round work grounded in research and real-world testing. Our team partners with leading advocacy groups, grassroots organizers, and electoral campaigns to develop innovative tactics, win elections, and shift power for the long term.

As the R&D powerhouse for the progressive movement, we’ve run over 100 randomized control trials (RCTs) on voter behavior and helped hundreds of organizations increase their impact. We work hard, and the environment evolves rapidly. We are adaptable, nimble, and shift quickly as needed to meet the moment. We are looking for candidates that thrive in this type of environment.

    • Define and execute go-to-market materials for each service area, prioritizing by maturity
    • Service and market strategy
      • Industry, sub-industry, and buyer profile definition across Movement Labs and Public Results
      • Testing new services / offerings marketability through early discovery conversations
  • Service delivery:
    • Balance entrepreneurial growth of emerging services with the operational rigor needed to serve them
    • Manage tradeoffs between growth and capacity, sequence budget and goals, understand delivery constraints
    • Provide input into team planning, including staffing, skill set, and seniority needed, to be able to successfully deliver on confirmed projects
  • Thought leadership & external presence
    • Lead thought leadership initiatives including webinars, whitepapers, small-group dinners, and conference participation, with the support of the communications team
    • Expand Movement Labs’ presence and brand in the field
    • Represent Movement Labs and, where relevant, Public Results on intro calls, demos, and at industry events and conferences
