Your future team
As Head of Partner & Alliances for the DACH region, you will set the vision and define the strategy for Atlassian's partner ecosystem in one of EMEA's most important and established markets. Building on our already robust, enterprise-ready partner and alliance ecosystem, you will lead the next phase of growth, ensuring we continue to deliver differentiated value to customers and drive market leadership.
In this senior leadership role, you will
Work closely with other senior leaders and teams across the business to shape priorities, align on strategic initiatives, and empower your team to execute. Your focus will be on market development, strategic direction, and enabling your team to deliver results, while fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders across Atlassian.
  • Set and communicate the strategic direction for Partner & Alliances in DACH, aligned with Atlassian's enterprise vision.
  • Empower and guide your team to deliver on strategic goals and high-impact partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape priorities and drive the next phase of our partner ecosystem's evolution.
  • Drive the evolution of the partner and alliance landscape in the DACH market by deepening strategic relationships and architecting new, high-impact routes to market that accelerate growth and customer value.
  • Represent Atlassian externally and ensure partner strategies are integrated with broader business objectives.

Your background
We are seeking a strategic leader with a proven ability to set vision, drive transformation, and enable teams to deliver results in complex, enterprise environments. You bring deep expertise in partner and alliance strategy, a passion for innovation, and the executive presence to influence at the highest levels.
  • Fluent in German and English, with strong knowledge of the DACH partner and alliances landscape.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally with organizations that have scaled or transformed their partner and alliance ecosystems (e.g., leading cloud software vendors, digital platforms, or global technology providers).
  • Demonstrated success in leading partner and alliance transformation, including co-selling and co-delivery models.
  • Proven ability to build and enable a diversified, enterprise-capable partner network.
  • Experience investing in and managing strategic alliances, especially with cloud-first and solution-oriented partners.
  • Executive leadership experience, with a track record of empowering teams to deliver on strategic goals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage C-level executives.
