About the Role:
ProBio is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Marketing, US & Europe to lead regional and content marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement across the global CDMO market.The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of scientific understanding, digital marketing expertise, and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into compelling content and impactful regional programs that support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of content and regional marketers across the U.S. and Europe.
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns global initiatives with regional go-to-market needs.
- Drive brand awareness and demand generation through regional programs such as trade shows, webinars, ABM campaigns, and digital content marketing.
- Partner with Sales to align marketing programs with pipeline goals, ensuring seamless collaboration and measurable business impact.
- Translate scientific and technical content into engaging, client-facing materials across digital and offline channels.
- Oversee content strategy and execution, including website, blog, video, social media, and email campaigns to ensure consistent brand voice and message.
- Analyze market and competitor insights to inform messaging, campaign positioning, and portfolio differentiation.
- Implement and manage ABM initiatives, track performance, and continuously refine based on data-driven insights.
- Measure and report on marketing ROI, pipeline contribution, and key engagement metrics across both content and regional activities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and digital innovations to ensure ProBio remains a marketing leader within the CDMO and life sciences industry.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or demand generation, preferably within the life sciences, biotech, or CDMO sectors.
- Proven success in leading regional and global marketing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of developing a high-performing, cross-functional team.
- Deep understanding of digital content marketing, SEO, and analytics, with the ability to measure and optimize marketing ROI.
- Hands-on experience with field marketing, ABM, and event strategy supporting Sales enablement.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills across regions and functions.
- Strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or in Life Sciences) preferred.
- Based in the U.S. or Europe, with willingness to travel internationally as needed.
