About the Company

We are a fast-growing online gaming operator running a crypto-first international casino targeting high-growth markets across Latin America and Southeast Asia. Our platform is built for speed, performance, and a player-first experience. We operate with a lean, entrepreneurial team and a bias toward action.

The Role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to own the full marketing function for our international brand. You will report directly to the CEO and be the most senior marketing hire on the team. This is a builder role, you will set strategy, run campaigns, manage vendors, and grow the team over time. You will also work closely with an existing marketing team who handles day-to-day execution across paid media, CRM, and affiliate development.

The ideal candidate has deep iGaming experience, understands how to operate in international and grey-market environments, and is comfortable with crypto-native products and audiences. You are data-driven, scrappy when needed, and know how to deliver performance at scale.

What You’ll Own

Strategy & Growth

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy across key starting point markets ( LatAm & Southeast Asia)
  • Build and own the acquisition funnel end-to-end: paid media, affiliate, organic, and influencers
  • Set KPIs, manage budgets, and report performance directly to the CEO
  • Identify and prioritize new market opportunities as we scale

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead the existing marketing team member (Paid Media & Performance)
  • Manage and evaluate external agencies, affiliate networks, and media partners
  • Own the vendor roadmap: identify gaps, evaluate new partners, negotiate contracts

Performance Marketing

  • Oversee paid media across Meta, programmatic, and emerging channels relevant to our markets
  • Ensure attribution is accurate and that spend decisions are grounded in real performance data
  • Direct affiliate program growth: Commission payment structures, partner recruitment, compliance

CRM & Retention

  • Guide retention strategy: lifecycle campaigns, welcome flows, reactivation, and VIP
  • Work with internal tools (e.g. Klaviyo or equivalent) and ensure CRM integrations support the player base

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 in iGaming or online gambling
  • Proven track record in international markets, particularly LatAm and/or Southeast Asia
  • Hands-on experience operating in grey-market or lightly regulated environments
  • Strong familiarity with crypto-first products and crypto-native audiences
  • Experience managing performance marketing budgets of $100K+ monthly
  • Confident running paid acquisition across Meta, programmatic DSPs, and affiliate channels
  • Strong analytical mindset, you make decisions from data, not instinct alone
  • Comfortable in a lean team: strategic and executional in the same week

Nice to Have

  • Experience with platforms such as Affilka, Voluum, Adform, or similar
  • Experience growing a marketing function from early-stage

What to Expect

This is a high-ownership role at a company that moves fast. You will have real influence on strategy and direction, and direct access to the CEO. We are building something that works internationally from day one, that means ambiguity is part of the job, and we need someone who thrives in it.
