Adswerve is looking for a Head of Marketing to join the team.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking a strategic, commercially-minded marketing leader who can transform Marketing into a core driver of go-to-market execution, revenue growth, and operational excellence across the organization.

This role extends well beyond traditional brand marketing. The Head of Marketing will serve as a critical partner to Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Operations, driving market intelligence, customer discovery, product positioning, commercialization, demand generation, and GTM readiness. They will be responsible for ensuring our solutions are aligned with market needs, our value propositions are differentiated, and our go-to-market motions are scalable and measurable.

This role will oversee GTM Management, Product, Solutions, Ideation, and Design, creating a unified operating model that connects customer insights, product strategy, and commercial execution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and growth leadership—building repeatable processes that accelerate innovation, improve cross-functional alignment, and drive measurable business outcomes.

The Head of Marketing will be the connective tissue between market opportunity, product innovation, and revenue generation, ensuring Adswerve consistently delivers solutions that create value for customers and drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate market needs into actionable product and commercialization plans.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, competitive intelligence, and customer-facing content that drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to optimize product-market fit and accelerate growth.

Brand Definition & Enterprise Strategy

  • Define and evolve the company’s core Mission, Vision, Value Proposition, and Brand Voice.
  • Establish clear Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and complex buying group dynamics.
  • Own the holistic corporate messaging framework to ensure consistency across all business units.

Product Management, Ideation & UX/UI Oversight

  • Lead and mentor the Product Management and Product Development teams from initial concept/ideation to launch.
  • Oversee the UI/UX design function, ensuring our digital products and services are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with market needs.
  • Own the end-to-end "Brand Experience"—ensuring how the world interacts with us through our channels (Website, Social, Email, Newsletter, Connect, etc.) is seamless and world-class.

Lead Generation

  • Drive growth through a mix of Mass Marketing, Segmented Campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Performance/Lead Generation, and Lifecycle Marketing.
  • In Partnership with Sales, balance short-term demand generation with long-term, equity-driving brand awareness.
  • Establish a rigorous lead qualification and lifecycle management process to ensure seamless alignment and hand-offs between marketing and sales.
  • Own and optimize the distinct channels driving our growth engine, including: Outbound Sales alignment, technology partner referrals, AI Search & Traditional SEO Optimization, Industry Conferences & Events, and Customer Referral Programs

  • Translate complex product/service features into compelling, value-driven market solutions.
  • Equip the sales and client success teams with high-impact collateral, presentations, case studies, and tools to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Partner with sales and client success teams across client lifecycle management: expanding our existing clients, upsell, cross-sell

Partnership, Event & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Maximize our presence, listings, and co-selling opportunities within major tech marketplaces and strategic partner ecosystems (e.g., Google, Adobe, Snowflake, AWS, and other key players).
  • Co-create high-impact marketing campaigns with strategic partners to meet shared revenue and business objectives.
  • Proactively manage relationships with key industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, etc.) and strategic consultants to secure strong recommendations and deepen engagement with industry stakeholders.
  • Establish a robust engine for executive visibility across premium channels—including LinkedIn strategies, high-profile speaking engagements, articles, and webinars—to position the company as a market authority.
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning, communications, and execution of both industry and proprietary events to engage our target buying groups.
Experience
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a heavy emphasis on Product Marketing Management (PMM). Experience managing product development, product management, or design teams is a massive plus.
  • Experience and understanding of the google marketing platform, adobe experience manager, and digital marketing/advertising space is a huge plus
  • Proven track record of structuring teams, redefining R&Rs, and optimizing cross-functional workflows for maximum collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of everything from high-level brand positioning to hard performance metrics (ABM, Lead Gen, ROI).
  • Comfortable speaking the language of product managers, developers, and UX designers. You know how to guide a feature from ideation to Go-To-Market (GTM).
  • Exceptional storyteller who can distill complex technical concepts into clear, emotional value propositions.
