About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Marketing Communications to lead and scale our communications efforts across Content, PR, Social Media, Internal Communications, and Executive Communications. This role will be responsible for shaping our brand narrative, strengthening our market presence, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
As a key leader within the marketing team, you will develop and execute an integrated communications strategy that enhances our brand reputation, engages key stakeholders, and aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business goals - specially revenue creation.
  • Oversee content creation and messaging across all channels, managing a team of writers and content creators to produce high-quality blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and website copy in partnership with PMM.
  • Build and maintain strong media relationships, drive proactive media outreach, and secure top-tier coverage while managing PR agencies and crisis communications when necessary.
  • Lead and grow the company’s presence on social media through organic and paid strategies, overseeing content creation and audience engagement initiatives.
  • Drive internal communications efforts to keep employees informed and aligned, working closely with HR and leadership to communicate company updates and key initiatives.
  • Build executive leadership with strategic messaging, thought leadership content, speeches, and media preparation, helping establish their presence as industry influencers.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in communications, PR, or content leadership roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated communication strategies across multiple functions.
  • Strong media relationships and experience managing PR agencies.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for brand voice.
  • Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
