Head of Growth at GlacierGrid

  • Base: $130,000-140,000
  • 0.25% equity grant

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Growth to turn company goals - ARR growth, a clear path to profitability, and operational scale - into concrete plans, repeatable motions, and measurable outcomes. This is a builder role spanning strategy, revenue operations, enablement, partnerships, and product commercialization. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to create focus, ship growth experiments, and make results visible and accountable. This is a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the growth plan & operating system: Translate ARR/profitability targets into initiatives with timelines, owners, and metrics. Stand up OKRs/KPIs and the review cadence; publish trusted dashboards and drive accountability across teams.
  • Build & run the revenue engine: Define stages, conversion targets, and SLAs from lead → expansion. Improve data enrichment and lead routing, and own HubSpot workflows, reporting, and integrations to reduce manual work and improve signal.
  • Enable winning stories & assets: Create sales toolkits—pilot pitch, ROI/business‑case calculators, case studies, and expansion playbooks—and keep website/collateral current with product capabilities and customer outcomes.
  • Create and scale channels & campaigns: Develop referral/partner programs, manage supplier registrations, own conference strategy and calendar, and run targeted multi‑channel campaigns and experiments that can scale.
  • Commercialize product & elevate customer experience: Build GTM for new features (beta, pricing/packaging, launch checklists) and own the pilot experience to lift pilot‑to‑expansion conversion.
  • Align revenue with operations: Coordinate installation/support capacity with revenue plans, surface risks early, and partner with Operations to unblock scale.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5-10+ years across Growth, RevOps, Product Marketing, or BizOps in B2B SaaS; experience in energy/proptech/industrial IoT a plus.
  • Proven track record turning strategy into operating plans and measurable outcomes.
  • HubSpot admin‑level skills (workflows, reporting, integrations) and strong data chops (advanced Sheets/Excel; SQL a plus).
  • Excellent written communication; can produce crisp collateral and C‑level updates.
  • Bias to action: you can both design and own execution for cross‑functional work.
