The Role

As the Head of Global at LearnLux you will be responsible for building, managing, and supporting LearnLux’s global expansion. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the global programming ensuring that global members are receiving a best of breed experience. You will be tasked with listening to existing clients' global needs as well as potential clients to make decisions as to which locations to expand to and what the programming in that location will look like. This role is 100% remote within the US, but may require international travel and reports to our COO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day operations and execution of the global programming
  • Research and decide on which locations to expand into
  • Build and manage an international advisor network of Certified Financial Planners, Tax Experts, and other accredited financial planners
  • Allocate advisor resources to support the needs of international advisors, customer success (webinars, content, etc), marketing, content (subject matter expertise, quality assurance), product (subject matter expertise, quality assurance)
  • Report on the effectiveness and engagement of the international program
  • Managing advisor compensation / engagement / retention
  • Help determine the implementation / support cost of locations
  • Manage international compliance efforts
  • Manage the global budget
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of operational experience working across many teams
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing new projects
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and executive presence, with the ability to develop positive and professional relationships with cross-functional teams across domestic and international markets
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong understanding of budget management

  • Knowledge of personal finance topics and a passion for financial accessibility/literacy
  • International personal finance knowledge
  • Have lived in or traveled several countries
