✨ The core mission of the Head of Field Marketing:

In this leadership role, you’ll take ownership of designing and executing regional marketing programs that align directly with US enterprise sales objectives. You’ll act as the bridge between marketing and enterprise sales, ensuring that Hack The Box shows up with impact—at events, in front of strategic accounts, and across our partner ecosystem. You will also have respective regional field marketers reporting to you (federal, EMEA and APJ). 

This is both a leadership and execution-focused role suited to a scrappy, resourceful field marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to build marketing influence with enterprise buyers.

You’ll join a fearless and collaborative team of marketing and sales professionals across global regions. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll also lead regional marketers across key segments (Federal, EMEA, APJ), helping amplify our presence in Financial Services, MSSPs, and Technology sectors. This is a high-impact leadership and execution role in one of the fastest-scaling companies in cybersecurity.

  • Plan and execute a mix of regional campaigns and events (executive dinners, trade shows, ABM-style activations, partner webinars)
  • Align closely with Sales and Account teams to to prioritize activities that drive pipeline within key enterprise segments (e.g. Financial Services)
  • Own end-to-end logistics of regional events including budget management, vendor coordination, execution, and post-event strategy
  • Ensure field teams are equipped with the right collateral, pitch decks, and post-event materials
  • Equip sales teams with powerful collateral, playbooks, and follow-up flows to convert field activities into pipeline
  • Build campaign calendars aligned with quarterly sales objectives and targeted segments
  • Lead and coach regional field marketers; drive consistent operational excellence across regions
  • Collaborate with SDRs and AEs to develop & customize campaigns and content for top accounts (ABM-style)
  • Track and report key metrics like MQLs, pipeline influenced, event ROI, and sales feedback to optimize programs and suggest improvements based on results
🏆 Skills, knowledge, and experience points required to unlock the role of Head of Field Marketing at Hack The Box:
  • 5–7+ years of B2B enterprise field marketing experience (cybersecurity or SaaS preferred)
  • Experience managing a team of minimum 2-3 direct reports or contractors
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute end-to-end field programs that generate measurable pipeline and influence deals
  • Experience working in close alignment with sales, ideally in ABM or strategic account programs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with Sales and cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise buyer journey and security personas
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Hubspot (or equivalent), BrightTalk, and webinar/event platforms
  • Comfortable managing vendors, tracking budgets, and reporting performance
  • Bonus XP: Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and technical personas
