About the Role
We’re hiring a visionary digital leader to drive the next evolution of our customer experience and digital acquisition strategy. This role leads a cross-functional team at the intersection of UX strategy, SEO and AI visibility, personalization, and experimentation. You’ll be charged with transforming how we grow traffic, convert prospects, and deliver meaningful, user-first experiences across for our investors across digital channels.
As Head of Digital Experience & Growth, you will lead strategy and delivery for discovery, engagement, and optimization. You’ll partner closely with peers in Product Management, Delivery & Operations, and Audience and Data Strategy to bring your vision to life across channels, accelerating personalized, measurable growth across channels.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead the digital experience and growth strategy, integrating UX, SEO/GEO, and personalization into a unified roadmap
- Manage a team of 20+, including people leaders, individual contributors, and vendor partners.
- Drive acquisition and CX performance metrics (e.g., organic traffic, AI visibility, dCSAT, test-and-learn velocity)
- Translate business goals into prioritized agile digital initiatives leveraging the double diamond framework
- Leverage technologies and audience insights to unlock real-time personalization and orchestrated journeys
- Stay ahead of search trends, GenAI/LLM evolution, and content discoverability
- Serve as strategic thought partner to leaders across Marketing, Product, Technology, and Design
- Influence senior stakeholders with strong narrative skills and strategic storytelling
What You Bring
- 10+ years in digital strategy, CX/UX leadership, or growth marketing; agency plus in-house experience highly preferred
- Deep knowledge of SEO, UX, content strategy, omnichannel journeys, and experimentation frameworks; fluency in data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with AI search, GenAI, and emerging customer journey models (e.g., chat agents, zero-click)
- Strong communicator and persuasive storyteller; you craft strategy and gain cross-org buy-in
- Fluent in Marketing technologies like Adobe Experience Platform, CDPs, AJO, working tools like Jira and Figma, and agile collaboration
- Curious, collaborative, and customer-obsessed; you balance long-term vision with tactical delivery
