As we accelerate our growth, we’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Head of Demand Generation to build and scale bookings growth within our Ideal Customer Profile — leveraging an Account-Based Go-To-Market (ABM) approach and personalization at scale.
How You Will Impact Schoox
As Head of Demand Generation, you’ll lead program strategy and drive campaign execution to ensure we are building qualified pipeline that translates to revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for our inbound and outbound engine driving a high-performing cross-functional team, and architect scalable campaigns that convert our priority accounts.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who blends strategic thinking with execution excellence — and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
- Develop and scale an Account-Based Marketing program to consistently grow pipeline and efficient bookings growth through a systematic approach to account targeting, content delivery, and buyer engagement within target enterprise accounts.
- Build and operationalize personalized multichannel programs across digital ads, paid social, email, and web — mapped to buying stages, personas, and targeted market segments.
- Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel inbound and outbound strategies, social, content syndication, and more.
- Lead a growing team of demand generation professionals and your marketing peers; establish clear KPIs and development goals.
- Optimize the use of our demand gen stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM/personalization platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Gong, Folloze).
- Define and track KPIs including MQAs, pipeline velocity, CAC, and ROI. Partner with RevOps and Sales to report on funnel performance and improve attribution.
- Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging, campaign timing, and opportunity nurturing strategies.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in the workplace learning and development market; you know how to fill a B2B SaaS company pipeline that consistently converts to revenue.
- Proven experience designing and scaling ABM programs (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many), leveraging data to support complex enterprise sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to scale personalized messaging across campaigns and channels
- Deep experience with marketing technologie,s including Account-based marketing platforms, HubSpot marketing automation and Salesforce CRM
- Experience in growth-stage software companies; you are a proven leader and motivator, unafraid to roll up your sleeves, get it done by leading from the front
- A passion for testing, experimentation and driving continuous improvement
- Strong desire and passion; you want to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative team

Compensation
At Schoox, we are committed to ensuring that our compensation practices reflect our core value of integrity with employees, candidates, and the community. We believe these practices extend beyond mere legal compliance; they represent our dedication to fairness and transparency.
Compensation Details
For this position, compensation is determined by considering qualifications and experience. The base salary ranges from $140K to $180K, and this position is bonus eligible.
In addition to the competitive base salary, the offered compensation package includes a full benefits package, open PTO program and company stock options.
